Set in the Mafia stronglhold of Trapani, Sicily, La Scorta is a very sophisticated thriller which tells the story of four men assigned to protect an investigating magistrate. Told from the perspective of the bodyguards, this tense, fast-paced film focuses on the magistrate's relentless drive for justice, only to fall victim at the end.
