These tapes are designed to give students practice in the auditory testing procedures now common to college boards, New York State Regents, and similar tests. Each set asks 30 individual questions, which are followed by a paragraph of a minute or less containing the answer. A minute of silence after the paragraph allows students to select the correct answer from four written choices provided on the accompanying work sheets. The paragraphs are somewhat more difficult than in most examinations so that students can repeat the material without losing interest. Each set consists of two tapes, teacher’s notes with complete text, and reproducible worksheet.
