About Us: Applause Learning Resources provides a wide variety of foreign language software, foreign language audio, foreign language posters, foreign language maps, foreign language study guides, and more.  Applause Learning Resources is a language teacher's source, providing all teacher's resources for foreign language instruction.  This company has been based on Long Island in New York since 1991, and is a major nationwide distributor and publisher of supplementary materials for the foreign language classrooms, and for private study.  Foreign language software, audio, posters, maps, study guides, books, activitiy packets, dictionaries, flashcards ,and more are available here for all levels of study.  Foreign language products are available for instruction in Spanish, French, German, Italian, Latin. Teacher resources include instructional materials, games, teaching tools and motivational strategies to assist in presenting the material to the students.     

Since it's early days, teachers and educators have been receiving the Applause Learning Resources catalogs by mail. The hardcopy catalog is enhanced and enriched online with up to the minute updates on new products and innovative materials to enrich your educational environment.  Using the e-commerce web site you are also able to browse the complete inventory, and place orders through the secure e-commerce shopping system.  Same day shipping on all orders for in stock merchandise.  You may still request a hardcopy catalog, and many people like to have it on hand to refer to, however online shopping opens up a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week method for obtaining the teaching resources and materials you need.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted for online payments.  To pay by check or money order, please complete your order online, select "order by mail" as your payment method, and then mail in the check or money order along with the completed printed out order form.  Credit cards are not charged until order is ready to ship.  Please specify if you prefer partial shipment if there are items that are not currently in stock.  Back ordered items are usually shipped within seven to ten days.  There is no additional shipping charge.  We only charge your card for what we ship, when we ship it.  Schools, colleges, universities and libraries in the United States may order online with a purchase order.  Terms are net 30 days.

The shipping and handling charges are as follows:For orders up to $50.00, please add $6.95.  For orders $50.01, add $7.95.  For orders $100.01 and over, please add 10% of the total order cost.  The return policy is as follows: Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided that are in saleable condition and are shipped prepaid.  No prior authorization is necessary.  Only a copy of the invoice is required.
